Ups and Downs

Living in Japan has been one of the best experiences of my life. However, it hasnt't been all sunshine and rainbows. I have a huge respect for the culture but there are aspects I will never understand.

Like why isn't there central heating?? JEZUS! It's cold af here!! HELP ME!!! LOL

I guess I'll make a list of the top 10 or 20  reasons I like and dislike Japan.

Reasons why I dislike Japan:

1.) No diversity
Differences are not really accepted

2.) No feminism

3.) Rape and sexual assault is not handled very well

4.) If you live outside of main cities you don't really have access to foreign companies and there aren't many people who will speak English.

5.) Bullying is horrible because of the culture. They want you to figure everything out by yourself.

6.) Passive aggressiveness\ Not direct

7.) No central heating or insulation T~T

9.) You have to take your shoes off in some public spaces.

10.) If you work as an ALT people won't really talk to you  or info you about important events, changes in your schedule or anything LOL.
